Meet The Owner

Palmarito Real Estate is the passion of our owner Mike McQuaid.   Mike has over 30 years of experience in real estate and resort sales in Whistler, Hawaii and Mexico.

Originally from Canada, he has lived in Mexico for the past 20 years and has been part of the Vivo Resorts community for nearly a decade.  Mike was a key part of the Development Sales Team at Vivo Resorts from 2017 to 2022 and now calls it home. His business focuses solely on sales and resales at Vivo Resorts in Puerto Escondido.

Mike enjoys the Vivo lifestyle, playing pickleball in the mornings, helping clients in the afternoons, and occasionally playing a little music in the Vivo lounge in the evenings. He is passionate about helping others experience the unique lifestyle that Vivo offers.
